Automatic Club renewal: USD $7/month beginning one calendar month after purchase, unless canceled. Recurring billing must be authorized at checkout. Cancel to stop future charges; Club access continues through the paid-through period. After a failed renewal payment, Club access has a seven-day grace period.

TruFlo Trading provides trading education, reference materials and Club membership. For customer support, access, billing questions, cancellation requests or a disputed charge, email [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel future Club renewals at any time. Send a cancellation request from the email used for your purchase. This link opens your email application; you may also email [email protected] directly. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Club access continues through your paid-through period, then ends. Your purchased nine-lesson Quick Start document, Trade Session Flow Guide and Simple Trade Journal remain available after Club cancellation.

Canceling Club renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Refund Policy

Initial purchase: Request a full refund within seven calendar days of your initial USD $7 Guided Activation purchase.

Monthly Club renewals: Renewal payments are generally nonrefundable once the billing period begins. Exceptions include duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after effective cancellation, verified access failures, and refunds required by law.

Email [email protected] with your purchase email, payment date and the issue. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days. Your bank or payment provider determines when funds appear in your account; no bank-posting date is guaranteed.

TruFlo Guided Activation is a digital educational product: USD $7 initially, including the retained nine-lesson TrendFlow Quick Start Google Doc and Quick Start PDF, Trade Session Flow Guide and Simple Trade Journal in PDF/DOCX, and the first Club month without another charge. No physical goods are shipped.

The continuing Club subscription is USD $7/month beginning one calendar month after purchase unless canceled. Your first Club month is included without an additional charge.

The retained Google Doc is delivered as a private purchaser-specific copy with ongoing read-only access and the ability to save a personal copy. Ongoing Skool classroom, community, practice and teaching require active Club membership. The separate Trading Sprint is a Club resource. Your Club invitation is included; a separate Skool purchase is not required.

TrendFlow itself is a free protected TradingView indicator, subject to availability. Payment does not unlock the indicator. Education does not constitute personal investment advice, trading signals or automated execution. No profitability or results are guaranteed.

Purchased educational materials will be provided, and your private Google Doc copy and Skool invitation arranged, within one business day after confirmed payment.

Information you provide

When you email support, your email address and message content are provided to Luis’s monitored business inbox through Google Workspace. These messages are used to answer support, access, billing, refund and cancellation enquiries. Send only what is needed for your enquiry; do not email card details, passwords or private trading-account information.

Website hosting

The page is hosted through HighLevel. HighLevel describes processing technical information, including IP/device information and cookies, in its privacy policy. The current page has no active purchase or enquiry form.

Purchased materials and Club access

When sales open, fulfillment will use the purchase email and payment/access records to deliver materials, grant a private Google Doc copy through Google Drive, arrange a free Skool invitation, and track Club membership. HighLevel will manage commercial records; Stripe is the intended payment provider. These purchase features are not active on this page.

Privacy enquiries and records

Email [email protected] to ask what information is held or to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are subject to applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. Retaining your purchased educational materials is separate from retaining personal information.
